The RDP Electronics S7CT signal conditioning amplifier is designed for use with RDP Electronics series of capacitive sensors. These sensors include load cells, pressure transducers and displacement transducers.
The tough aluminium case encloses a fully adjustable and configurable signal conditioning amplifier which can be matched with a transducer to give output in voltage or 4-20mA. The voltage and 4-20mA outputs have common controls so although both are available in parallel, only one may be calibrated.
The high level of environmental protection allows the signal conditioning amplifier to be situated close to the transducer, even if the transducer is located on a dirty or wet machine. The S7CT can be ordered in an a.c. powered or a dc powered version and has, as standard, dual trip limits with voltage free relays.
